There are two easy ways to create or join a painting pARTy at Let's Paint: Special Sessions and Private pARTy's.  In both cases, a painting, date, and time is chosen, and everyone who participates paints their own rendition of the chosen painting, with the help of our enthusiastic coaches. 

SPECIAL SESSIONS work like this:

Just pick your painting, date, & time (day or night), and with a minimum Session size, we will start a painting pARTy for you and others.  Special Sessions are open to everyone over 9 years old.

Plus, you may make new friends when others see your painting pARTY coming up on the Schedule. These are your ideas which we share with others.

Special Sessions are Open Sessions where anyone is welcome and may join the fun & easy pARTy...!

On the Calendar:

• Special Sessions where the painting has already been chosen will appear on the Calendar with the letters SS and an image of the chosen painting.
• Special Sessions where the painting has not been chosen will appear on the Calendar as the Special Session icon.

Private pARTies work like this:

Let's Paint Private pARTies are events reserved for meetup's, family, business and social groups who wish to have a special gathering of just their private group.

Our Let's Paint Private pARTy is great fun for any get-together event you have in mind...each and every time.  Here is all you have to do:

• Contact us  to chat, then we can schedule a time for us to meet? 
• When we get together, you look through our extensive Catalog of +200 original Renderings to pick the one painting everyone will work on.
• Then just tell us when you want to schedule the Event? 

That's it - we will handle the rest for you.  Coach / Artists, Helpers, Canvas, Paint...all the painting stuff is provided to make this a really fun & easy event.

Whether with your co-workers, neighbors, extended family and friends, civic, business or social group... you will give them a very memorable and fun-time - which they will remember you did, and they will want to do again and again.

The fun & easy Value:

• We are available to you and your group anytime, any day of the week from 9am until 9pm.
• Everyone gets over 2-1/2 hours of Session Time painting with our Coaches and Helpers.  Your group will create and complete your pick of our unique canvas art Rendering and take it home today to show. 
• If you will need additional time for just social or meeting purposes, we can arrange that with you too.  We are happy for the chance to work with you and make it a complete and fun Event.
• All supplies are included; One canvas per attendee; All brushes and paint; Apron in case they get messy; Comfortable workspaces with table easel, etcs. and the best part - personal attention from our very talented and enthusiastic Coach Instructors with Helpers; Everything to paint is included... for a really Fun & Easy pARTy...! 
• All you need to bring is your smiles and any beverages / food you wish to set-up for your associates?  Talk with us - we can help you with recommendations and arrangements.
• We have 2 adjacent Studio areas, so we can accomodate up to 40 people on each side for a Total of 80 people maximum at one time.  We do require 12 people minimum for a Private pARTy.

No fine print - just some Details:

~ A 50% Payment Deposit is required at the time of Booking your Private pARTy.

~ Deposit is refundable up to 1 week before your Private pARTy.

~ The Balance and final head count are due 48 hours before your Private pARTy Event.

~ Your group's Rendering Selection is due 1 week prior to your Private pARTy, minimum.

~ You may transfer your Deposit to another date.

~ We will notify you of Cancellation due to Inclement Weather, etcs. and we will always re-schedule with you for a full credit on another date.
